Annual General Meeting
The Governing Document has been updated to reflect the changes to Rule 6, 8 and 10 as detailed in the 2017 AGM booklet circulated to members which, following a vote ‘FOR’ the changes at the Annual General Meeting, came into effect on 3rd May 2017. As with all such rule changes, they will be applied from the agreed effective date and do not apply retrospectively.
Two further changes with effect to Rule 8, as detailed in the 2017 AGM booklet, have an implementation date of 1st January 2018 and the Governing Document will be updated again at that point.
