The Exmoor Pony Society
The Exmoor Pony Society office is normally open between the hours of 9am and 3pm Monday-Friday (Bank Holidays excluded). In line with DEFRA Minimum Operating Procedures passport enquiries will be dealt with between the hours of 10am-4pm.
The Exmoor Pony Society undertakes to deal with all telephone enquiries within 24 hours and all mail/email enquiries within 15 days. The answerphone machine operates 24 hours a day – in the event of an urgent passport enquiry or an emergency please telephone: 07887 984849.
In addition, the Exmoor Pony Society participates in Grassroots Equine Chip Checker which allows microchip numbers to be checked against over 200,000 records.
