Members Only Area
We will be setting up a Member’s Only Area on this website.
For those who already have access to the online studbook, you will be able to login in with those details and then select your own password which will be sent to the Society and this will also become you online studbook password – keeps it simple to be able to access both sections with the same password.
We would also like to publish membership lists within that Member’s Only Area.
In order to do so, the Society must have your permission in writing. There will be three ways to give your permission:

Advice the Society by email
Log-in to the members area on the website when it is up and running and tick the box that you agree to your details being published.
What do we need to know:
DATA PROTECTION: Please tick the appropriate box:[ ] I give my permission for the Society to publish my name and address on the online stud book.[ ] I give my permission for the Society to publish my name and address on the online stud book and/or on the members list in the member’s only section of the website.
Members may also opt to have their telephone number [ ] and/or email address [ ] appear alongside their name and address (please tick as appropriate)
[ ] I do not give my permission for the Society to publish my name and address.
