Foal Notifications
We do hope that you have a successful foaling season.
All foals will need to be DNA parentage verified, microchipped, silhouette completed and inspected prior to registration. In order to help us arrange the inspections and get the DNA samples processed in a timely manner, it would help us a great deal if you could please let us know about the birth of your foals as early in the season as possible.
You can notify us about foals in several different ways:
– You can log the birth of the foals direct into the Online Registry, via the Society website
or
– Send us an email, or letter, confirming the number of foals born to: admin@exmoorponysociety.org.uk or Holmwood Farmhouse, Tey Road, Earls Colne, Colchester, CO6 2LD
If you can tell us the sex, name, sire and dam and date of birth, we will send you the necessary forms and DNA bags.
