IMPORTANT NOTICE 2021 Annual General Meeting
Changed date – changed venue – changed time – changed lunch menu
Due to delay in the lifting of Covid 19 restrictions, the Trustees of the Exmoor Pony Society have had to make the decision to postpone the 2021 Annual General Meeting.
The meeting is now scheduled to take place on Wednesday, 21 July at Brompton Regis Village Hall and the revised schedule for the day will be issued.
All AGM paperwork and voting papers remain valid and the closing date for the receipt of post and proxy votes remains at no later than 3pm on Wednesday, 30 June 2021.
Questions in respect of Agenda items should still be submitted to the Secretary no later than 25 June 2021.
