Foal Inspections
Any foal inspection requested outside of the Autumn inspection period (September to November) will be charged at the discretion of the Society. Subject to the EPS Rules, a pony which has failed its initial inspection may be reinspected after a period of not less than 6 months; fees apply.
Late Foal Notification Fee
The late foal notification fee is applicable when the Society has not been notified by the breeder of a foal they wish to register by the specified due date of the 1st September or within two weeks of the birth of the foal, whichever is later.
Duplicate Passports & Late Registration Fees
A ‘new’ passport can only be issued when it is applied for by 31st December of the year of birth or within six months of birth, whichever is later. All late registrations, passports for ponies whose existing passport does not contain Section IX (issued prior to 2004 and not returned to the Society for updating prior to 1st January 2016) and passports for ponies who only have a registration certificate are issued as duplicate passports. A Late Registration Fee will be charged at the discretion of the committee.
Upgrade of Passports
Charge applied to re-issuing an ID only passport or a Section X passport to reflect a change in registration status. The original passport must be returned to the Society.
