Associate Membership is for owners and individuals who are not actively involved in the breeding and showing of Exmoor ponies and do not wish to be actively involved in the running of the Society. Associate Members receive the EPS Spring Newsletter and Summer and Autumn updates together with the Annual General Meeting paperwork but do not have Voting Rights.
The membership year runs from 1st January to 31st December of any given year. Membership taken out after 1st October covers the membership fee for the following year.
All members agree to the Exmoor Pony Society maintaining their records on the EPS database and also agree to abide by the Rules of the Society.
